B&C Springdale Concrete Company, springdaleconcretecompany.com, hello@springdaleconcretecompany.com
Accepting these terms
These terms cover your use of the B&C Springdale Concrete Company website and any estimate, quote or job you arrange with us through it. By using the site or asking us for work, you agree to them, so please read them before you book.
If you don't agree with something here, please don't use the site, and call us before we start any work so we can talk it through. You can get back to the home page at any time.
What we do
B&C Springdale Concrete Company is a concrete contractor in Springdale, AR. We build and repair driveways, patios, sidewalks, steps, slabs, footings, foundations and other flatwork, which covers the flat concrete you walk, park or build on, for homes and businesses in Springdale and the cities around it.
What we describe on this site is general information about our work. It isn't a promise that a particular service, method or finish will suit your property, because that depends on what we find on site. You can read more about who we are on our about page.
Estimates and pricing
We give free quotes on site, with no obligation to hire us. A quote is based on what we can see and measure that day, including the size of the area, the thickness of the slab, the condition of the ground underneath, how water drains, how easy it is to get equipment in and the finish you choose.
Some things only show up once the old concrete is out or the ground is dug, such as soft or wet soil, buried roots, old fill or hidden pipes. If we find something that changes the work or the cost, we'll stop, explain it and get your approval before we go on. Any change to the agreed price or scope should be confirmed in writing, and a text or email counts.
Prices on a quote are good for the period written on it. Material costs can change, so after that period we may need to update the quote before scheduling.
Scheduling, weather and cancellation
We'll give you a start date when you accept the quote, and we'll do our best to keep it. Concrete has to be poured and cured in the right conditions, so rain, freezing temperatures or extreme heat can push the pour back. We won't pour into bad weather just to stay on schedule, because it leads to a weaker slab.
Curing is the waiting period while new concrete gains strength, and you'll need to keep foot traffic and vehicles off it for the time we tell you at the end of the job. Using the slab early can damage it, and damage from early use isn't covered by our guarantee.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please call us at (479) 231-3503 as soon as you can. If you cancel after we've ordered materials, built forms or started digging, you may be charged for the work done and any costs we can't get back, such as a concrete order that's already been placed.
Payment
Your quote or job agreement will say what's due and when, including any deposit. A deposit, when one is asked for, holds your place on the schedule and covers materials ordered for your job.
The balance is due when the work is finished as agreed, unless your written agreement says otherwise. If a payment is late, we may charge reasonable collection costs as allowed by Arkansas law, and we may file a lien on the property where the law permits it.
Our guarantee and what it doesn't cover
We're licensed and fully insured, and our work is backed by our satisfaction guarantee. If something about the work isn't right, call us and we'll come look at it and make it right where the problem comes from our workmanship.
Concrete naturally forms small hairline cracks as it dries and as the ground moves with the seasons. We cut control joints, which are planned grooves that give the slab a place to crack in a straight line, but they can't stop every crack. Hairline cracks, small color differences between pours and minor surface wear are normal and aren't defects.
The guarantee doesn't cover damage from heavy vehicles or equipment the slab wasn't built for, deicing salts, poor drainage changed by others after we leave, tree roots, soil movement beyond our control, lack of the care we recommend, or repairs and changes made by someone else. Apart from what's written here or in your signed agreement, the site and our services are provided without other warranties, to the extent the law allows.
Limits on our liability
To the extent Arkansas law allows, our total liability for any claim about a job is limited to the amount you paid us for that job. We aren't responsible for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost use of a driveway, lost income or damage caused by conditions we couldn't reasonably have known about.
Before we dig, we arrange to have public utility lines marked. Private lines, such as sprinkler pipes, invisible fences, landscape lighting or lines to a shop or outbuilding, aren't marked by that service, so please show us where they are. We aren't responsible for damage to private lines we weren't told about.
The information on this website is general and may change. We aren't liable for decisions you make based on it without talking to us about your own property.
Settling disagreements
If you're unhappy with anything, please call us first. Most problems get sorted out quickly once we've seen them in person, and we'd rather fix it than argue about it.
If we can't settle it between us, both sides agree to try mediation in good faith before going to court, unless the matter qualifies for small claims court. These terms and any job we do are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, and any court case will be brought in the county where the work was done.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time, and the version posted on this page is the one that applies when you use the site. Terms in a signed job agreement apply to that job even if this page changes later.

If anything here isn't clear, call us at (479) 231-3503 or send a message through our contact page. We'll explain it in plain terms before you book, and you can expect a reply within 1 business day.
